I'm quite looking forward to the Play Offs. Semi and Cup final football.

35,000 Villa at Wembley, taking over Covent Garden and watching us promoted in exciting fashion.

"Taking over Covent Garden"?

How dreadfully provincial

;-)

I reckon if we mob up and organize ourselves right we can totally 'take' the Royal Opera House.

The wine bars will be positively heaving darling!  We drank The Dirty Martini completely dry of Grey Goose!

(Actually, is it wrong that sounds quite appealing?  I'll take a spare ticket from you Ads)

Every time I mooch about in London I head up there for a burger. Don't want to be drinking with the white shirt brigade*.

Although in reality it's far more uncouth than that. We were there in 2010 and most northern oiks pack it out the night before. Google is your friend.

* that was how we Snobbers and Subwayers/Sanctuary indie kids would describe the Lloyds and Risa bar blockheads circa 2005.

Fulham are the best side in the 3-6th positions. They should end up 3rd and have the plum 2-legged tie before a visit to Wembley.
My concern is that our gameplay is so predictable that any half-decent manager should have the wherewithal to nullify our strengths, even with only a workmanlike squad at their disposal. We don't even mix it up with our 2 wingers switching wings every 15 minutes; as a result of which our crosses from the wings are slow (because both current wingers have to check inside to deliver).
Shit, if our 'go-to' change of tactic is to denude the MF and have 3 or 4 strikers on the pitch we really are in trouble.

THIS !!

Adomah /Snodgrass and Grealish could all move positions in that attacking 3 to mix things up but no they are kept in exactly the same positions .If your going to stick 2 men up front then the last thing you need is both the wide men checking back inside to cross all the time  it gives the opposition time to get back and defend .

For us to go up I suspect Bruce will need to stumble upon a different winning forumula as the current one looks to have been found out by opposing managers .I suspect he will need to sacrifice one of the attackers to give us more bodies in midfield .
