It will be interesting to see if Jack starts at the weekend and how he does versus Neves and Jota. They’ve got two superb midfielders there. I expect he’ll be back, and I’d like see Adomah and Jedinak with Grabban up front on his own.

I wish to register my disgust at the thread title.
We have a black cat and he's lovely (had him about a year).
If he comes wandering by while I'm on here it could upset him.

Excellent result.  Can’t believe how tight it is at the top.

28 points out of the last 33 and we're still only third!

Someone’s gonna crack.

Completely professional performance.

Yes we could've played better in parts but we won comfortably and could've scored more.

Sad to see the state Sunderland are in, we thought we've had it bad the last few years. They are really on another level of ineptness.

Looking forward to Wolves now.

Frustrating that Cardiff keep winning but with the fixtures we have left we should be pretty capable of getting another 20 + points. 88 points and we'd be very unlucky not to make second.

Fulham, W11 D3 L0 and still outsiders for top 2.

Watched it on a stream which wasnt the best but watchable.
It looked fairly comfortable enough and we could have scored a few more if we'd wanted to. The midfield will need tightening up for Saturday though. Good workmanlike 3 points which will do.

Sunderland still have Derby & Fulham & Wolves to play. Come on Coleman!

An easy win that won't have sapped the energy levels. I can see Cardiff faltering but the worry is Fulham given they have won all the recent tricky games. Their run in looks pretty regulation now so we need to hope complacency sets in and we can keep pulling results out the bag. It's going to be close.

very very easy.

Hourihane looked fucked in the last half hour though, he should've been given a break his touch and passing got really sloppy.  Snodgrass was a bit sloppy at times as well.  Jack was superb when he came on, could easily have had 2-3 assists if Adomah and Snodgrass had shown a bit more urgency.

Agree with that. Hogan's stopped scoring again and he does little else to justify selection.

Grabban's been excellent and pretty sure he can play lone striker as we will need five in midfield with the quality Wolves have.

I’ve said all season that we would have been where a Sunderland are if we were not taken over after relegation. Today really hits home how scary that would have been.

Sunderland are worse than Blues but they are both going down unless Monk does something miraculous

Glad to hear Grealish looked good when he came on.
