sorry to hear about your loss Andy, my condolences to you and your family and his friends.

My late father would of been 80 on the 2nd Feb....after 8 and a bit years of his loss I still smile at some of the things we got up to as father and son...

Thank you everyone. It wasn't the most unexpected thing to happen this year but I'm sadder than I thought I'd be.

So sorry for your loss. There is a temptation to say "91, good innings" but I'm sure that is scant consolation in the circumstances. My parents are both in their mid eighties and appear at to be least twenty years younger and invincible but the sad truth is they are neither.
