Is this the best game since the semi final?

Outside of a couple of incidents this was the most comfortable derby I can ever recall. We are far the better side and now 7 wins in a row are in tremendous form headed to Fulham. Great result.

Jack was outstanding again

Too easy. Jack was magnificent. Best performance from a Villa player in years!

It will be a few years before we have to play these tramps again. The gulf between the 2 sides is massive. Still, i'm sure they'll somehow turn it into a moral victory as usual.

Never thought they would trouble us. Sounds like a comfortable win

Watched the game in a Streatham gastropub, surrounded by families having Sunday dinner with their kids, no volume on the TV.

But still brilliant. My niece is impressed we have a Jedi and Thor in the team.

We were great.

Our mentality is top class atm. Just go out on the pitch and get the job done. Rock solid at the back and we could've scored more than two goals today which is also pleasing.

Looks like we're that form team that comes from a way back in the second half of the season as we look every inch a promotion team.

Huge difference from last season.

Besides Jack, Jedinak was also excellent, mopped up everything whether in the air or on the ground, as were Terry and Chester as usual.

Really is a superb feeling to have midfielders capable of taking their chances as brilliantly as Hourihane and Adomah did today.

Happy for Steve here very emotional when the first goal went in.

Can't fault anything about that showing at all, we were so much better.

Magical day.

Terry makes such a difference. Everything just looks solid and organised with him in there.
