Here's a bit of early morning amusement for you. If you extrapolate the points accumulated for the top 7 from the last 5 games, then we go up as champions and Fulham finish second.

Second. We've got ourselves into a position where it's in our own hands. The way we're playing, we need fear no-one. This April will become the stuff of "were you there?" legend, heroes will be forged.

And we're one of a surprisingly short list of clubs that've never been involved in the play-offs, I'd like to stay on it. That, and I really don't think my nerves could stand it!

Play-offs for me. I'm delighted with the run we've been on but I don't trust us to have the legs to keep it going, unless we bring in a solid striker and cover for our CBs in the window.

Chester at the weekend is a good example for me. He's played every (league) game and is wrecked, caught the flu and thankfully the rest of the defence put in strong performances to hold on to the lead. That's without mentioning Hogan & Jedinak who are both apparently made of glass and aren't going to play every game (in Mile's case, I honestly don't see him playing too many more as he keeps tearing muscles).

I think we'll finish 4th and it'll take some big pep talks from Bruce and Xia to get us through the play-offs as anything can happen there.
