Classic Bruceball = Defend, hope for a goal. There is no attacking tactics, method or blueprint.

Oh do fucking give it a rest. You were moaning about the away fans earlier. We just won our third in a row so if you don't have anything positive to say go somewhere else.

This, with clappy icon thingy.

3 points. Job done. But why am I always shitting myself that we'll let our opponents equalise?

It's the Villa way, but having John Terry back there marshalling things eases my sphincter considerably.

It's an arresting image, TV!

Assume you didn't watch the game? We controlled it to the Terry header and then again for 30 mins on the 2nd half.

Quite a few very good performances but was very impressed with Grealish’s work rate.

Lasted the 90 mins very strongly. Needs to work on his shooting from outside the box though

Thought we were very solid and comfortably the better side. Second goal would have made things comfortable but Hogan scoring again is a big positive, Terry completely dominant on his return from injury and BB best game for the club on his introduction. Snodgrass in fine form too.

We made Forest look very poor.

In fairness to him, most of the match thread were predicting doom based on the 10 minutes to the end of the first half so he wasn't alone.

A thoroughly professional job done.

- Jack MOTM.
- BB was excellent when he came on.
- Defense looked solid.

When I said 'ridiculous comment', I was referring to this

Start of the second half we looked really really good. At least now it looks like they've realised you need to play to Hogan's feet - although ironically both his goals in last two games have been headers!

Are you denying this is his tactics? It's an observation which is correct. But oh yes, we wonz so we r da best !

Well done Villa boys on a great away win! Very pleased Hogan got another goal! He is a confidence player and if we continue to play to his strengths, he will shine!
