That advice is pretty useless for those who are relying on trains.

I've just rung East Midlands Trains and they say there are trains running to Nottingham tomorrow. I'm not sure I believe them, though

The service from Brum is run by Cross Country though.

East Mids is my service from London, which is why I rang them. They now say they hope to provide a good service tomorrow. If this is right, presumably it applies to Cross Country too

I asked Cross Country and they said they may have some more info later this evening.

It depends on how many platforms can be reopened. Priority will be given to the trains from London. If as hoped, there are 4 paths an hour then hopefully the trains from Birmingham will be given 1 of them. I will confirm later.

Thanks bobcat. Does that mean it's better news for trains from St. Pancras as well?

Any permutation of team selections from both clubs will leave us with massively more talent on the pitch, injuries notwithstanding.

We have to get the job done. I believe we will.

They were very good v Arsenal last week. Wildly inconsistent in the league though.

Was expecting to win this but think with Karanka coming in we'll have to settle for a point which would be frustrating.

1-1.

We've just had our mini good run to save Bruce's job, now time for another Brentforesque performance. 2-1 to Forest I'm afraid.

Nottingham railway station is due to reopen following a huge fire which is being treated as arson.
