Trains from Birmingham New Street to Nottingham may terminate at Beeston Saturday 13th Jan due to the station fire at Nottingham.

Fans going the Forest game tomorrow might want to make alternative travel arrangements.

Beeston isn't too bad. About a tenner in a taxi I guess.

Beeston station is a shortish walk from a tram stop and the trams are running through (but not stopping at) Nottingham Station. The ground is easy to get to from the city centre by bus as well.

I assume the tram from Beeston would stop at alternative stops in the city centre?

Yep, get off at the Lace Market if it's decent pubs you are after.

Cheers. Hopefully they'll be running a full Birmingham to Beeston service tomorrow, very few trains today.

I'd go with the following;

Johnstone

Hutton
Terry
Chester
Elmo

Jedinak

Adomah
Hourihane
Grealish
Snodgrass

Hogan

Discipline needed from Jedinak, but that midfield four is to press and flood the box. Ball has to.move at pace.

I feel like we're at the Rubicon here. If we can roll the dice and get at them as we did in Bristol, but with all the defensive knowhow and game management we had at Boro, we will go on a roll that will hopefully see us promoted.

There's a habit of putting an emphasis on games, but it feels like a bellwether game. I don't think Bristol is a one off. The balance and quality of that side, armed with confidence and purpose is an irrisestable force.

Smash these east Midlands wrong-uns Villa. Smash them.

yes. I assume you have Hutton at LB. And I'd have Grealish playing in the...HOLE

Apparently Terry has posted a picture of himself training on instagram this afternoon. According to my mrs who is on instagram. So maybe he could play after all.

Head says 1-1. Heart says Villa win. But, I'm assuming we're on the box, so a bit worried.

If anyone has any up to date information on trains from St. Pancras to Nottingham tomorrow (and alternative arrangements from East Midlands Parkway) can they please post on here, as news comes through which may well mean tomorrow morning.

Thank you.
