Fucking pathetic. It really, truly is. All this talk about how much the cup means to him and he sends out a team to be conservative home against lower league opposition. And saying how it was "Peterborough's big day out" didn't help either.

I was just thinking the last thing we need right now is a replay. Now I'm thinking we really need a replay.

the team looked good enough on paper thou , Its the way Bruce sets up his bloody team

There was absolutely no need to play KD up front on his own at home vs lower league opposition.

This. Davis needs supporting, not left to flounder alone.

Bruce is a rubbish manager, I've never liked him, and never will. This kind of result just sums him up.

But fair play to Peterborough, it sounds like they thoroughly deserved it. We just sounded pedestrian and drab. But what's new really.

like most of the season even with the first teamers

That's true mate, and although it was nice to see us batter Bristol City, it did reek of being an absolute one off.

From about the 10 minute mark until the final whistle of the Sheff Utd game, I was bored rigid by our lack of movement and ball control, the backwards passes and lack of zip to our game.

Bruce teams tend to play like that. I long for the day he vanishes from our club.

At least we can all enjoy the royal wedding now.

I wonder what our ticket allocation will be?
