Gestede scores and loads of posts saying Bruce should never have sold him will follow.

If Gestede scores it will be just that very quickly Pulis will have found a way to use him at this level. Something he's done very well in the past. Something that he's failed to do with Hogan despite having purchased him for a lot of money.

Shame he didn't have a clue how to use Rondon after spending £14m on him.

Since Bruce will have had ample time to ensure the team play possession-based, intelligent football (with plenty vim & vigour) this afternoon, I'm looking forward to us not resorting to hopeless punts up-field towards a stranded Hogan. Yes sir.

A Steve Boof team doesn't just bang it forwards, he said so himself. Let's see this afternoon.

Listening on Radio Tees to the build up. The Smogmonsters don't seem that confident.

Dont think he's played for a week so i'd have o'hare in for Onumah and tell hourihane to play 1/2 way line and forward. He drops back next to Jedinak too easily and is turning into the new crab.

Still expect both midfields to get neck ache watching the ball fly over their heads tho'!  ;D

Yes at PL level. We’ve had our fair share of absolute big money failures in that league too. And £14m nowadays gets you 1/5 of central defender.

If Jack was in for Slowgrass, I'd be quite happy with that team.

I strongly suspect that Snodgrass and Onomah have at least an understanding that they will play when fit. It's part of why we are struggling, I believe.
