It's all well and good saying he should be doing XYZ but it's easier said than done when pretty much no other attacking option is fit. I'm no Bruce fan but not sure what else he could do apart from start Hogan which then leaves us zero attacking options to change things if they aren't working, apart from sticking Samba up front.

I hope things work out as we don't have too many attacking options on the bench. Hopefully a fast, positive start. UTV.

So unfit players. I don't blame him for not risking them, we need them for the 31 league games that are still to come rather than risking them in the first team too soon. I can just imagine the reaction to him bringing one of them on tonight and they get crocked for months.

If that was our match day squad when everyone is fit i'd be mightily pissed off, but given who is available there's not much else to be done.

Do I not like that

I dont know much about Preston. Anything there we should be worried about?

Some of the country lanes can be quite narrow and winding if driving at speed.

I'd just love to see us go for it for once.

I agree, a makeshift defence and missing captain is an ideal opportunity to really have a go.

Then I remember we have Bruce as Manager.

Is Johnson the one who was a bit naughty with his choice of partners?

No Kodjia and No Jedinak = away defeat. I would have thought Onomah would have been dropped to the bench after giving one of the worst performances I can remember on Sunday.

An opportunity to redeem himself against a depleted Preston side. Along with Snodgrass.
