My son is a UEFA B licence coach but has been unable to do his A licence because of the lack of slots on the courses resulting form a change in the Prem academies that said all academy coaches needed to be A licence qualified. The Prem clubs fastt-racked their coaches and swamped the relatively-few places available each year.
