A quick tip for when buying your tickets for this online. As you can now choose where you want to sit, don't pick anything in the far left hand side corner (sorry, I can't remember the block number). We sat there a few years ago and we couldn't see a thing and after a few email arguments with their ticket office (and picture evidence) they gave us our money back.

Not available online and completely impossible to get through on the phone. Why have they got rid of the system that tells you what number you are in the queue? If I end up not getting tickets due to the incompetence of the ticket office, I'll be pissed off.
