With regard to the ownership of the Wolves players, what is being mooted? They do seem to have a few players whom you would have thought would have had far better offers than a season in the Black Country.
Mendes is their 'football consultant' but Wolves have to own the players if they are not to fall foul of the third party ownership laws.Even the tatters of my acquaintance aren't sure why some of the players are playing for them rather than in some of the top leagues.

Only Jota is a class above but at 20 he's probably getting some experience of another country/league. For all the talk about Wolves spending a fortune, they only spent £15.5m in the summer.Mendes probably gets a very handsome monthly fee from Wolves with 7 or 8 figure bonus if they get promoted to the Premiership.
Not buying into the idea that Wolves have somehow turned into footballing gods, they were well organised, looked fit and had a couple of decent players.with Jota the best on view, given the freedom of the park.
On that subject, can anyone think of the games that Bruce has made a successful tactical change that has worked and got us a positive result?

No-one has said that have they? They were just better than us on the day, way better.
