I would have thought there would have been value in giving Kod some minutes.

after what their fans said re dirtiest tackler etc I would have been worried for his safety.....a juicy tackle could put our main man out for a big part of the season and enhance their position.


They wouldn't do that sort of thing......would they?

Samba and Elphick must be up there with our worst ever centre back partnerships.

On what basis?

Probably that it's pretty hard to think of many CB pairings we've had that are worse.

Nathan Baker and Ciaran Clark springs to mind...

Those two plus Herd in a back three under Lambert gives me shudders thinking about it.

I can see Paul's point. Kodjia said himself he's not 100% but yeah, maybe best to leave him out what with us having two games in a few days next week.

Depends how old you are. Plenty of sub 20K in the 90s, and sub 15K in the 80s.
