Moved to SHA thread

It is scary though, what could happen to us if we don't go up this year.

It's like monkeys and Shakespeare in reverse. Give one nose one typewriter and they'll come up with something about the Villa.

Although the spelling wouldn't be correct.

As for the debate -

Villa
Wolves
Albion
Small Heath
Coventry
Walsall

Based partly on support and partly on history/trophies.

Yep about right, though Cov have won the FA Cup, and erm, Small Heath havenít. ;-)

Although to be fair Small Heath have won the Leyland Daft Cup and Auto Windscreenwipers Trophy compared to Coventry's solitary Checkatrade Trophy.

And donít forget the legendary Blues team that won the Atari 6 aside.
Oh and letís also remember the time they won the Uefa Fairs Cup back in the Ď60s. Obviously they didnít win it, but back in the day loads of their fans used to pretend they did.
Yeah thatís how sad that club is.

It is a shame that their night of Atari Soccer Six glory was spoilt by the vile lot on the other side of the city stealing the limelight by sticking three goals past Barcelona and winning The European Super Cup on the same night.

IIRC it didnt stop the Meaning Evil putting us both on their back page the next day somehow suggesting the acheivements had an equivalence.

This thread should be retitled  "Which would you say was the marginally less insigificant of these two pathetic nonentity clubs - Small Heath or Tescos?"

Nice trivia question though regarding two teams from the same city both winning a trophy on the same night. Let's face it, no neutral football fan would expect the noses to be part of the answer to a question like that.

I thought that the 'lady rags' are now more prominent than the 'real rags'
They get move coverage on central news

Not sure where to out this, but the delusions of Wolves fans. Jesus Christ.

They need to make plans to play at Villa Park next season as they need to knock their hovel down and build a new 60k seater.

Why? Are they planning to merge with every other team in the midlands bar us?

I thought Wolves were relying on Jota too much and would be screwed without him. But I was wrong.

Jota - 6 goals, 1 assist, 42% shots on target
Bonatini - 4 goals, 4 assists, 52% shots on target
