Fuck me,

The very cautious Mr Bruce set us up yesterday to not lose. Against promotion chasing Brentford , so I imagine against the only favourites for automatic promotion mr Bruce will err more on the side of defend what we have.

I envisage something around Villa nil.

I'm away on holiday for this one so it's a nailed on 6-0 home win performance of the millennium.
If it is I will pay for your holiday. (quickly retreats to check Laws of  contract to see if a promise is legally binding :-[)

Subject to Ts&Cs available at request.

An 8-2-0 formation. Boro to win 1-0.

I wish we had Garry Monk.

No problem. I hope you have read the Ts&Cs and I will probably make a payment online as soon as the 6th goal goes in however you must return the payment when we score our 7th.

I am sure the Villa engine will go through the gears and fire on all cylinders.
The benifit  analisys following a back to the drawing board review in the inclusive team building off site work shop will pay dividends. This is not a cookie cutter approach but a goal focussed orientation towards collective harmonisation across multi disciplines within a defined framework and determined timescales.
There is no I in TEAM.

Another bore draw to keep Bruce, just about, in a job for a few more days.

When I realise the best we can probably expect is a draw at home to Middleborough, I could actually cry. 😭

As we clearly find it difficult to score goals without Kodjia, it seems unlikely we will win many games, but might luckily have a few more 0-0s

We will need a good slice of luck to finish in mid table while Bruce remains at B6

On Saturday, I mentioned to the bloke next to me that I'm working in Leeds at the moment, so wasn't sure if I'd make it to this. He said, "Leeds, what's that, an hour?". My quizzical look* then prompted him to elaborate on how he used to live in-between Sunderland and Middlesbrough, and the trip to VP was something he did in a little over two hours.

Can someone confirm these figures as possibly somewhat exaggerated, or am I really the world's slowest driver?

*on two occasions over the last couple or three months, the trip home has taken me in excess of four hours, thanks to motorway "incidents".

I am also working in Leeds currently and it takes me normally 2 hours each way, normal traffic conditions and vary between M42 and M1 or A38 and M1 routes.

1-1 Davis for us.

I don't agree that if we lose it will be bye-bye Bruce.  There's no signs coming from the club of that and I doubt there's enough negativity coming from the crowd at this point.  But certainly it would be another push towards the door.  But its way too early still.

That would signal that the Club has given up on automatic promotion this season.
