He was very good last week and poor yesterday. I don't think it's unreasonable that a player might be a bit inconsistent while he is still developing, and I'm not going to worry too much at present.

The set up was wrong yesterday and he was charging around aimlessly.
Looks more of a box to box or high energy midfielder than Number 10.

This is my opinion on him too.  When he is good, he is very good.  Certainly not a worry when he plays though.

I do wonder what a midfield containing him and Grealish would create?  I get the distinct impression it is him OR Grealish when the latter is fit.
