The club are looking after their best customers, the ones who will be at the next away game after Derby.

True, but not so much with the fuck about with season tickets lately - those are the club's best customers too.

They very kindly refunded the coach ticket I'd miatakenly managed to buy for Cardiff instead of Colchester last week which was nice of them.
