Despite living in Sheffield for over 15 years I've still not been...

Had a look yesterday and the cheapest session ticket was 55!!

Was that on viagogo? They're trying to clamp down n the secondary market charging rip off prices from next year. The tickets from the venue are a lot cheaper. Mine was 22 for a morning session and not much more for an afternoon. You can sometimes just turn up and buy tickets as they do get some returns.

My tickets were thirty quid each. Was at the McGill V Day match. Far from a classic but enjoyed it a lot and already planning to go back next year.

It was all that was left. Via the official site.

Too late I think.

I've watched a lot of snooker in the past, Higgins(Alex) was my hero, but  that from  Higgins(John) tonight was some of the best  I've ever seen!

This match is fantastic. Want Williams to win but you can't fault Higgins' bottle to make this so close. A lesser player would have thrown in the towel.

Brilliant stuff from both. At 4pm it looked like a none event

Anyone seen Ronnie O'Sullivan's interview complete with Australian accent?  Bonkers.

O'Sullivan makes thousandth century as he wins the Players Championship. Some effort.
