Are we still using Seatwave for the re-sales this season or has that been scrapped?

The link on the website still takes you to Seatwave but when you get there there's no option to buy or sell Villa tickets. It's an absolute joke.

I am trying to get colchester tickets before I leave tomorrow for Germany then Spain. I meet the criteria as Away scheme member x3 of us but I cant seem to log-in on my saved one from previous years. Is there some kind of secret handshake or something I need.

I was at the ticket office early afternoon and they would not let me buy them as only online from 5pm....

Dominic, on the online page the box top left says that the new log in is your client ref (now Fan ID) and the password is set as your postcode - no space, lower case. Have you tried this? Once in you can reset your password.

Thanks. I cant seem to get it to work it is either busy or something wrong as it will not let me get to a log in or new password page just the continual turning wheel.

How on earth do the club plan on getting revenue when I cant buy anything. I had to buy villa shirts (presents) from a shop in Sutton that the club sent me to today as they had none to sell.

Thanks I assume there is an issue with the system as I just get the wiring wheel.  Will have to get them from Germany while away

It's a right balls up. A few days ago I had to log in using my ref number as email address was connected to more than one account, which I assume is initial and full first name. I also had to do a password reset. And now I can only log in using email and it shows no booking history on the account. If I use my client ref it won't let me in.

Well I just went onto the tickets available page and i'm already logged in. On my client ref. Not at all confusing! So to buy tickets it seems I use my client ref to log in, for the rest of the OS I have to use my email address. And it is first initial with email and full first name with client ref.

If I do nothing but go straight to this page then I become logged in https://tickets.avfc.co.uk/en-GB/categories/Home%20Tickets

I've always had different log-ins for the main site and the ticket site. Maybe you'd originally set both yours up with the same details.

....however, when I log in and navigate to the Away Games section there's nothing listed.

Has anyone bought their Colchester ticket online ?


EDIT - Although the Colchester travel is showing


Even if I don't have enough aways to meet the first Colchester selling criteria (I might be one short), I'd expect the game to still be listed (as it has in the past)

I found the Colchester sale on the online screen but only after I had signed in with my ID & password. I don't know if there is a filter only allowing information to those eligible.
