Ordered two £24 Caerdydd tickets for £49, so I assume they've added a booking fee.

None of my away history is showing but I managed to buy tickets so my booking history must exist somewhere.

Have you got your numbers wrong ? 2x£24 is £48

I'm sure that the charge must have been quoted during the checkout process and I just didn't spot it.

However, not showing extra fees on the confirmation email is a bit off.

At least its only £1 this year rather than the previous £2 charged

Did anyone notice an additional charge when ordering online ?

My confirmation email for purchasing the Caerdydd and Reading tickets shows £24 + £20 = £45 with no reason given for the extra quid

It's a booking fee of 50p per ticket.

Let's be honest the ticketing situation is a complete shambles.
Just got back from Sir Graham's match and still
no season ticket. They've had my money in full since March.
Still no way of checking my history online.
Phone line with waits of over half an hour or more.
Away scheme members unable to check if tickets have been allocated to them. Some bloke told me today that when he got through after 45 minutes they told him they had no way of checking if he was in the scheme?!!! Then asked if he'd paid the £25, he said he had and they replied "Well you're in it then!!"
The Villa need to sort the ticket farce out sharpish as it's beyond embarrassing now.

You're right, I've given up buying tickets for Reading now..cant get one apart from my own, tried phoning up today and it was a 30 minute wait. We will struggle to sell out for away games if this continues.

I'm not sure if this is applicable in this case but i've had a problem in the past (not at VP i might add) if i printed them less than 100% in size

There's been no games listed on 'Ticket News' page for a few days.

Just wondering if my AdBlockers are messing things up.

Is the page blank for you lot ?
