My sympathies are with him and his family.

I am watching CL goals as they go in  BT and after watching Villa you almost forget that this is how football is played.

Whenever I see Dortmund it reminds me of how I dreamt that when we appointed Lambert we would follow the Dortmund model.
Dream on.

Losing away and having ridiculous refereeing decisions given against you.

The Barnsley owners letter is a bit poignant.

Elaborate please?

I was going to post about that yesterday after reading his words about him knowing he won't get to the end of the season, but I was lost for words.

Wow, I did incredibly badly betting on last nights games. I had a seven team acca and only got one result right out of the seven.

Porto ruined most of my accas last night, the bastards!

I never put the same team in different accas. Last night Man City won for me and I was let down by Sevilla, Spartak Moscow, Porto, Monaco, Napoli and Dortmund.

Admittedly, it was a very 'optimistic' acca. The accumulative odds would have paid out at 417/1!

Tonight I have gone for a far more realistic 7/1 sixfold on odds on favourites.

Same for me. The classic Portugese teams at home are strong and Turkish away are weak combie.

Just read that Koln have brought an estimated 20,000 fans over for their game at Arsenal. That's mental for a Europa League group game.

Atalanta destroying Everton. 3-0 after an hour, could easily be 7-0.
