I'm off to Derby vs Hull tonight. Hoping for a high scoring draw. Will submit a scouting report.
So what happened?

I tried to post something at HT but phone reception was really poor in the stadium.

But I would say that Derby were good, nothing special. They didn't have to be. Just having a game plan, organized and above average they battered Hull. Who looked abysmal. And I'm being kind.

For Derby, Vydra, Lawrence and Johnson were excellent. My MOM was that pub player who looked so at ease all night. Keogh does the running, Davies does things very simply and his positioning was excellent. They have a super understanding and cost a lot less than Chester/Terry do.

At 1-0 against the run of play Hull got a penalty. The game might have different but step forward former useless nose Larsson to hit an awful penalty high over the bar. Hull offered nothing at all after that and got blown to pieces. If I was amongst their travelling supporters I'd be demanding a Derby Dinner and train/bus fare refunded.

Other former Villa: Weimann - he gets back well, he doesn't do much else of anything. Carson didn't have much to do. His kicking is awful. Bent is injured.

All in all Derby won't have an easier game all season. They barely broke into a sweat.

So 5-0 Derby then. I had 2-1 to Hull! I came close with Hamilton v Celtic, 1-4. I had 1-3.

Derby's record at Villa Park is abysmal I think.

Cheers Olly. Would love to see us finish as clinically as Derby did. We should have more than enough to beat Brentford. We simply have to take our chances.

Yeah the fucking pisstaker. He violently attacked Mane's studs with his face and now he's playing the victim.

All joking aside it was a nasty incident and hopefully the keeper is ok (something sky haven't bothered to mention in their criticism of it being a red card)

I'm not sure if you're joking or an idiot. Your previous posts don't fill me with confidence, though.

It was a red.  The guy has caught him late in the face with his studs.  If he caught a bloke by the ankle a fraction late with studs up it's a red. This is too. Sky deciding it's not is the bigger piss take.
