If was cynical so deserved a yellow, i'd also have booked the Man City player for acting like a big tart.

It was childish and stupid to do when you've already been booked. Will he get an extra ban for taking ages to leave the pitch? I've only ever seen that rule applied to a Villa player (Hendrie?)

Yes I like that. Send off one of their players and book another one at the same time for being close to the incident😊

I like the claret and blue and white scarves that alot of the City fans are wearing. Very smart.

Why are all the Man City fans wearing Villa scarves?

Everton have been useless against 10 men 1-1 Sterling

You'd think Everton were 2 men down with how much Man City are dominating them.

Well that's 1 of them gone. Yet more acting but another stupid challenge when on a yellow.

Good challenge? Why can't commentators actually see what happens?

Schneiderlin clearly takes Aguero's foot before the ball

Because commentators believe in some mythical golden age of not-too-long-ago when men were men, and as long as you got near the ball, that's honest, and it's fine.

23 years and counting since the challenge from behind was outlawed......

The second yellow card looked very harsh.
No he fouled him in an aggressive manner fully justified.

In days of yore, that would have been obstruction at the most. The fact that Walker looked around and the Everton player went down clutching his face convinced the ref that an elbow was used, when it clearly was not.

Anyway, the most annoying sight of the evening was seeing the bovine O'Dreary chewing the cud with Taggart just before the second half.

Also, why to Man Citeh come out to "Hey Jude" by Scouse beat combo the Beatles? Sureely, a Manc band like Herman's Hermits woud be more apposite.

Celtic now 4-1 down. That would be a hilarious turnaround if Astana keep going.

Astana are missing chance after chance too...they still need to score another 3 goals in the last 15 minutes.
