I know they lost tonight but Leicester really are a fantastic success story in recent years. Did they sell their soul to the devil or something? Just how have they done it?

Players with loads of pace and decent technique and then lots of coaching and fitness work to get them working for each other and playing to a very simple plan to make use of the pace.

What's that malarkey all about then?

You make a good case. I'm still siding with witchcraft though.

I think they probably offered Muzzy Izzet as a human sacrifice.

Sounds a bit foreign, to me.

Leicester lost folks, they were outstanding to do what they did during transition for all of the big boys, they will not finish top ten this season.

OK. McGregor is as far removed from a Traveller as you can get.

I was joking, I knew what you meant.
As an aside I'd never heard the word "Pikey" till about 10 years ago. I always heard them referred to as "knackers" or "Tinkers" in Ireland. Went to my brother's home near Ennis about 10 years ago and near his house there was a huge Berlin style wall built nearby. I asked him what they hell it was and he said they've built homes for Travellers the other side of it. They're really not popular over there.

Fair enough and yes, The travelling community are not popular but, therein lies a long and deep argument, ask any of our Irish posters.

Periodically they're a blight on lots of communities.  They disrupt greatly while willing to contribute nothing. That is far from laudable given they want to wear clothes and drive vehicles that others have to go in factories to produce.

You're surprisingly confident in your predictions for somebody posting around 20 minutes ago that Arsenal had lost.

Great game, still won't finish top four.

Roll on Cardiff in the morning.

If they can keep everyone happy (including Sanchez) they have fuck loads of goals on that squad.  I'm still not convinced by their defence though, Bellerin is very good going forward and I like the look of Mustafi but the rest of the defenders in the squad are either shit or past it.  It's all going to depend on how often they can outscore teams and how they react in the games where they're not on top.

Maybe so but they've been brilliant no doubts about that. Their name is on the PL trophy and it ain't ever coming off.
We need to get our sorry arses back to the PL and compete with them before we start to fester in the lower leagues. This has to be the season we go up.

Do you think it's more likely to predict over 38 games than 20 minutes in an opener?

Shouldn't really have to ask though should I.

Keeping Sanchez is key for them. Will he sign a £300K a week contract or will Arsenal have to sell him so as he doesn't leave for nothing in a year?

I spent a large chunk of my life in Ireland and the travelller community have always been ostracised from the rest of community from what I have seen. I was always told to keep well clear from them.

if you wait for 38 games then it's not a prediction is it.

However if after 1 game you're seeing the same pattern (i.e. arsenal can score some great goals but they make stupid mistakes in defence and over play too often) then you can predict that things might not change significantly from the last 4-5 years where all the same problems have been visible.
