I don't think there are any shortage of succesful managers that happen to be twats. Indeed, it maybe that there is a certain self-obsession and arrogance that gives an advantage in the job, so it may actually be beneficial being a complete twat if you want to be a manager.

Not at all. I agree. Although I tend more towards the "he is an excellent manager and a bit of a twat". But the blend is there. I would love to see him here at some point mind, I just like the way he gets his teams playing.
