Amstel this weekend, the first of the 3 Ardennes Classics, hoping for the sake of my guns it's not as brutal as Flanders was where seemingly all 1800 metres of climbing was in the last 90 odd kms of the 244 we did.

Good luck Jon, at least it's a Cauberg free finish this year.
Could lead to MSR type finish suited to Matthews, Coquard, Colbrelli.
