Ticket office lost fulham tickets...
« on: April 16, 2017, 10:40:50 AM »
Apologies for stating the thread here.

I have just looked and for the life of me I cant find the Fulham tickets. I think I had them but at this point I cant recall. We are away scheme members so our 3 just appear.

THe ticket office is closed today and Monday.... any idea if it can be sorted.

The only thing that I can suggest is that, if you have an online account, check that you have paid for the tickets, take a screen print if you are able to and take it along to put yourself at the mercy of the Fulham ticket office. Hope this helps.

The only real option would be to go to the Fulham Ticket office and ask  them to contact the Villa from there.  I had a problem in the Sherwood game at Tottenham a couple of years back and managed to secure a duplicate ticket.

There should be an away ticket office, go there and explain what has happened and they will contact Villa and you should get dupe tickets

Will they be able to contact anyone at our end on a bank holiday though ?

I'd suggest tweeting the Dr's right hand man

Yes there will be someone @ home with a laptop that has access to all the sales that we have made

Or we have emailed them all the sales details .ie seat numbers

Thanks.

I will head down there early and try and sort it at there ticket office.

I will give them a bell before I leave but the customer service number today was out of order. Only ticketmaster who  could not help.

As a last resort I will just buy some more down there if that is possible.  As Fulham is one of my favourite grounds and having travelled up and down the country this year I don't want to miss this one...

I am just trying to let them know my e-mail address has changed and am asking them to change it so I can still order tickets online - its catch 22 - because they do not recognise my e-mail address I can not change my password and cant therefore order tickets - technology is great isn`t it ?
Since changing internet provider and therefore e-mail address I have had all kinds of problems - someone on here will probably tell me that at the click of a button I can let everyone know without any hassle whatsoever - I would give `em a call but I suspect  the lines are busy :)
