Villa Cash will be no more after this season
« on: April 13, 2017, 10:31:04 AM »
Just a heads  up to anyone who doesn't know already - needs to be used by July and can no longer be used in retail shops at the ground.  So if not already  used then redeem via season ticket purchase or match tickets  (and off course Blackburn away) - I understand that the ticket office is open tomorrow

I don't think that Villa Cash can be used for away tickets

Another thing as well. When I went to renew my season ticket, I thought that now being 65, I would get a concession. No such luck, as in the section I sit in, to get a concession you would have had to have been 65 in 2006 and renewed your ticket ever since. I have written to register a complaint and suggest others in my position do like wise as we need to let the club know that, after so many years of being ST holders, they should give something back. We are not all on final salary pensions!!

The villa is so frustrating on and off the pitch. Have just managed to get my villa cash paid back into my bank account after waiting 15 mins to speak to the ticket office.  I do feel sorry for the staff in there as Vila, tickets and there outsourced retail don't seem compatible

I was told in the ticket office that Villa cash cannot be used for merchandise, away tickets or coach travel.

I have definitely used it for merchandise before, unless that has changed. Bought a hat from city centre store within past 6 months.

It could be that franchising out has changed that.

Was the Villa cash paid back into your bank account as you had already renewed your season ticket?

Good point. That would make sense.

Micah Richards' salary isn't going to pay itself.

Can we get him a job working in the Villa Village?
