Good start to the RLC competition by the Bears.

Northamptonshire 151 (29.4/30 ov)
Warwickshire 162/0 (26/30 ov, target 159)
Warwickshire won by 10 wickets (with 24 balls remaining) (D/L method)

Absolutely pissed it. Even easier than our last game in the competition.

Nice listening to commentators describing a team I support as "The Champions".

Might go on Monday for the game against Durham, depends if the weather is looking okay or not.

Not the best of starts... Durham 102 without loss after 15.2 overs.

Yorkshire v Lancashire (in a particularly garish lime strip) is the telly game, not sure if Chris Jameson has Sky.

Thanks for the heads up, used my mum's log in to stick it on, bit of a collapse from Yorkshire, think they are 20 or 30 runs short.

The Lancashire kit is bloody horrible.

Turned out to be quite a comfortable win in the end for Yorkshire.

I think it's going to be a long and difficult season for The Bears.

I know that feeling!

It was the usual freezing on The Skyline and basting at the City end. The less said about the cricket the better.

Giles has already mentioned inheriting a largely 'ageing' squad. A top class batsman should've been recruited over the winter to replace Chopra. Even the bowling isn't looking particularly threatening.

Ludicrous that we didn't bring at least one batsman in. We kept collapsing last season with a stronger lineup.
