How to Fix This

How to fix this

1) Make Lansbury Captain
2) Drop Kodija and Johnstone to the bench next game
3) Play 4-4-1-1
Thats Jack behind Hogan, Amavi on the  left and Adomah on the right. Hourihane and Lansbury in the middle.

Back 4 of Cafu, (Bree is out injured), Chester, Baker and Taylor

Dont sack Bruce....yet.

Let him keep trying until the end of the season.

If Calederwood and Clemence ARE the prob then they will have been carefully "taken off" duties with Bruce doing their roles hands on by Monday's game.

I would tell the players (if the pressure of the expectation is too much) then to start enjoying themselves on the field. No pressure just enjoy playing as a team, no hassle from fans, just go onto the field and express themselves.

Playoffs are gone now so we might aswell bed this team in for the remaining games ready for a push next season - with no expectation, well other than try and string 2 passes together, cross into the box and generally look for runs by a team-mate.

Your solution to fixing things is to drop the one signing that's actually delivered what he was bought for?

We've only scored two goals in the last four games, and you want to drop the bloke that scored them?

Lansbury and Hourihane need to be further up the field, so we need a DM in behind them.

4-3-3

Hutton   Chessy   Baker   Taylor
               Jedinak/other
        Lansbury    Hourihane
    Adomah     Hogan     Kodjia

Drop the only goal threat we have? I don't blame for going alone when he either has nobody of any class next to him or nobody at all.

What level of " class " do you want next to him ? For goodness sake, we just spent another billion on " 2nd Division Top Class Midfielders  " and a Striker destined for West Ham.
I honestly believe he is on a Kodjia-move-on mission and will ignore his team mates - no passes given.

I think Kodjia needs to calm down and realise he can't do it all on his own. He's in danger of wanting to succeed for us so much he's over thinking it and if this makes sense trying too hard hence poor decision making on shots or passing. I love him but he needs to think a bit more.

I don't even know where to begin with this ...

You'd start Jack and Amavi and drop Kodjia ...

HOW TO FIX THIS

1. Free the ground from all the instant moaners. The ones that always threaten 'i'm not going again' but sadly always do. It's not helping at the moment so have a day off
2. Bruce has got to completely IGNORE the press/fans/anyone else and just go with WHAT HE BELIEVES and stick with it. Not for one game, for a sustained period whatever the flak he may get. HE'S THE MANAGER
3. Put Alan Hutton out to graze
4. Maybe do some extra training split into groups, Bruce taking the defenders, and someone equally experienced taking the midfielders and forwards aside to work on their roles respectively
5. Get the prayer mats out

1. Find a goalkeeper who can actually use his hands, and hold on to a shot
2. Realize that Nathan Baker is NOT a ball playing Center half
3. Alan Hutton is NOT the cause of all of our problems
4. Jedinak or similar as a defensive Midfielder.
5. Get Albert, Amavi, Hutton and Green to practice crossing.
6. Teach JK and Hogan to play as a partnership
7. Drop Jack 'Big Bollocks' Grielish.

Ah, you can't do that. Several thousand fans only come to watch his sublime, breathtaking talent paint pictures on the pitch.

get the right manager, that's it

everything else falls into place when you have got the right man in charge,
conversely nothing works very well when you haven't

There are no simple solutions unfortunately but you can start by dropping the error prone Johnstone and Amavi, get a holding midfielder in the team (Jedinak if fit and if not Gardner) and stick with 4-1-3-2 for the rest of the season.

Failure to do anything other than this will in all likelihood see SB binned off before the end of the season and us relegated - we are absolute gash at present

Kodjia is possibly the one shining light of another fucking crap season, yeah lets blame him for our scoring problems.

Oh and Super Jack, the saviour, playing behind the Striker, news flash, he's guff, completely one paced and goes hiding more than Anne Frank.
