He's not going after 2 defeats in 12.

I have no doubt about that.

I do have doubts about getting promoted. My prediction is 9th place with Bruce.

I really don't see us missing out on the top 6 unless we have another terrible post xmas run like last season.

Top 2 is very much debatable. It all depends on how we react after the break. We have winnable fixtures rest of this month. 7 points out of 9 should be realistic.

We are not going to finish in the top 2, for me that is not acceptable

We can’t underestimate the loss of Terry. I’m seriously worried about finishing top 6 now. Top two no chance after today’s performance/bad luck.

Agree, and not because we are Aston Villa.

It's financial advantage.

With the players we have almost anyone could get decent results, Bruce is still on borrowed time for me, if we have a couple more results like this he could be gone by Christmas and I for one will not miss him.

you really don’t have to be all the good to make the top 6 in this league
I honestly think it would be more difficult for us not to make the top 6 with this squad than actually be in it

Trouble is there's 12 teams within 6 points of us in either direction and frankly there's not much difference between any of them and us

There's ridiculous. It can't be harder not to be in top 6.

Okay. I’ll offer my opinion. If it’s more difficult to be out of the top 6 than in it why are there so many teams out of it..?

We were having a good run and we lost a game. We need to move on and get over it rather than throwing our toys out of the pram. There are too many people jumping on the manager after any defeat, regardless of previous good form.
