Mr Unsworth's service to Villa is honoured at Wycombe with the David Unsworth Vegiburger Van.  Puts our once proud club to shame.

Brian, I've decided to carve your pumpkin into a Steve Bruce.

Are you taking a lump hammer to it?

If Steve should ever go I think I have seen the man who can fill the gap. Step forward David Unsworth. Obviously we would have to negotiate with his wife but she certainly appears to have been feeding him very well since I last saw him.

4 points from 9 October having beaten some crap teams in September.
Another Bruce performance today, took an hour to change what was obviously not working.
Consider how much the blose team cost and look at what Bruce has to pick from.

That's Blose, the 4th biggest spenders in the division this season?

And how much does that compare to what our team cost?

You have no divine right to anything. It was a derby and traditional we're poor here regardless of the result.

A point at the Sty isn't a bad result. We're in the top 6 and have some key games coming up.

I'd rather be joint fifth on points than where they are

We spent £2.5m this summer.

With three good loans that could quite easily cost £20m plus if we had bought them.

Imagine his tactics if he managed us in the prem, I honestly think he'd instruct all outfield players not to cross the halfway line if we played Man. City (drawing them in the FA cup would be amusing).

I've been mostly consistent in my view on SB. Keep him in the championship as he picks up points regularly at this level but we need to let him go even if he secures promotion.

He's pointing out that Onomah, Johnstone and Snodgrass aren't exactly freebies, even if they don't appear with a big number next to their name on a list of transfers.
