Way we played today I'm worried SHA will turn us over in two weeks.

Now if ever there was a result to effectively sack Bruce it would be that.

It will be his final game as Villa manager. The traveling fans may just about survive Wolves fans taking the piss but no way will they accept it from the Knuckledraggers.

Is it worth getting rid of him now instead of waiting till the summer? We could possibly scrape up via the play-offs under Bruce but why bother really? We'd come straight back down as the players are plainly not good enough for the premiership and you'd need a good 80m thrown at the side for replacements. Not gonna happen especially with Bruce buying them and his neolithic tactics. Keep him till May or get a caretaker in and then bring someone in for the long term and not a quickfix.

And we could possibly go up automatically. The owner isn't going to sack the manager after getting 12 points out of the last 15.

Sack him after losing 2-0 away to the league leaders? You must be nuts.

You really think this team is going up automatically!? I agree he won't sack him but that doesn't mean he shouldn't have gone in May anyway.

True, it's a bit of an overreaction on the back of today's result. The emergence of Davis saved Bruce his job though and he appears to be still struggling to make a team out of his ample budget and two transfer windows.

Can see the chairman getting fed up with him eventually but worried it might be too late. He needs to have a gamble and sack him now.

Of course he's going to get fed up of him, there's only so long Wyness can cover Bruce's arse. Xia has had it waved in his face today what we should be playing like with our backing. The Wolves performance was the sort of performance a club that has spent so much as us should be handing out. We looked like a plucky Qpr, against them, that sort of non performance can be built by spending peanuts. Bruce has done a shit job.

Hopefully he's witnessed today what a team can do when they're effective and attacking in possession.

Bruce must be praying for a bad winter. 5 months of rock hard or waterlogged pitches, will stop all them pesky passing sides

Blose are nowhere near Wolves quality
