Hmmm, sound like an ITK, is it?

If it is, why bother give him one more match, he ain't going to turn into the right candidate now is he? Even if we win well tomorrow we'll only go and win a few more 0-0's over the next few weeks.

Are you at liberty to divulge any more, Mr Cheltenham?!
Now you are asking him to hitch his skirt up and show you his slip when he has already revealed his stocking top😂

To be fair the straps of my dungarees have been in the puddle for at least 3 hours. And these knickers are stifling.

To be fair if he loses tomorrow he should be out. We've had plenty of time under him and not got even a bit better. 7 points from 8 games would be a disgrace. Although if he has genuinely been told lose tomorrow and he's out, then they may as well just get rid.

A draw and 8 from 8 is just as poor.

I agree, which is why if they have told him it's win or bust it's probably best to move on.

Once a manager is down to "lose tomorrow and you're out" I really don't see the point in not sacking him straight after the previous game. The board have obviously lost faith in him, he knows they have and it just seems a waste of another game or two before he is sacked.

That's the thing for me Paul, there's been nothing over the time he has been here to suggest he is capable of turning things around.  Going on the performances this season, I can't even say we look close to being a side who could put together a good run of results and performances.  Instead, we look like a side who might be capable of nicking the odd win here and there, but following those results up with really poor showings.

Chelts has a decent source.

It's hardly a shock really. After Barnsley we have Forest, Burton and Bolton so a decent run of games for a new manager to come in before we hit a tough October.

Only surprise is the press aren't claiming it's make or break. I remember last year before the Preston game it was widely reported RDM had to win or he'd be sacked.

If this was the season we were meant to consolidate, let alone go back up, it's been less than convincing on either front, so far.

I don't think some of the press want to admit it. They like Steve too much.

I got that listening to TS today.
They are struggling to find something good to say about SB.
That's a strange valediction in itself.

They can't seem to accept that the last 15 games is relegation form.  Which is incredibly poor with the talent at his disposal.  But it's our fault of course.  Even with a win tomorrow he's still a defeat from the sack.

Well, of course if he does get the sack we won't have given him enough time for any of them.

But for the Villa we can't mess around.
He's not met the basics after however many months.
