I think 5 games is enough we don't need to wait for 10. Your call Dr Xia?

Very stupid and negative to switch tactics after the week we'd had imo. Sends out the wrong signals. He's mentioned more than once about how the players need to change their attitude and mentality in away games, well so does he, send us out to win games rather than look like we're set up to try and avoid defeat. We got the point he seemed to set us up for from the off.

If you take the last 11 league games under Bruce he has 10 points from them, which is exactly what RDM got sacked for, but pointing that out is probably nonsense and being worried about it is clearly ridiculous.

It's a pity we beat Norwich, it's delayed the inevitable.

Sack the fraud.

Why even change the formation after stumbling on a working formula for the last 2 games?! Did any of us think that he'd be that stupid to switch to a back 3 with wing backs for no reason whatsoever?! We would have had a chance to win that game if he'd have started with 4141 formation.

If we play like we did last week, then we will have far too much for Bristol.

We didn't, and we didn't.

Probably because Bristol aren't quite as shit as Norwich.

Where's that drawing board? I think we need to go back to it.

Good interview on Sky just now. Interesting that John Terry drove to Colchester and went to dressing room and shook young players' hands too.

Thats the committment that 60k per week buys you. Chauffeur driven as well probably

You know what, it's really hard to not give Bruce the benefit of the doubt when you see an interview like that on the pitch after the game. Hadn't really thought about the added poisonous element of a lot of them on massively reduced wages. I have no sympathy with them as they made their own beds but I can start to get more of a picture of the basket case he walked into. He said the right things about youth today and after 2 wins and draw over these 3 games I'm prepared again to give him a chance. Maybe I'm too easily swayed but I want it to work for him after hearing him then.

He's going nowhere unfortunately. The "manager needs more time to turn it around" sales pitch has well and truly been sold to the Wyness, Round and Xia.

Yes exactly, we need to get another manager in give them a transfer window get rid of the players that are not performing get some new ones in and if that manager isn't winning most games we should hope he gets sacked as well. We are Aston Villa in the Championship so we have a divine right to win most games.

You know what,I knew he was going with a  three centre back option because Sam Allardyce was commending him and his system at Hull on Talksport the other day.
Brucie obviously had a light bulb moment and thought yeah, what a good idea.Change a winning set-up,bring in a slow aging mountain, and hope forward draw.
Please fuck off from the club.

Its not as if City had any great attacking threat to have to negate. Play to our strengths not to theirs
