I respect fellow fans who want to give him more time. My argument would be he has had time and money. We are going backwards football wise. I think more time just gets us further behind.

Lovely bloke, talks a great game, knows football. It just hasn't translated to anything positive at this club. His rolling contract means it is a mildly financially painful but not overly so.

Give him until Christmas? WTF? Why? What possible difference will he make? Get rid now and at least try to turn it around.

So as people have as decent a set of options to vote for as possible.
Can't see give him the season. :P

I'm normally one for giving managers time, but after Lambert, who was left too long, and RDM, he clearly has to go now.

My argument is that 11 games in last season was considered by many to be not enough time to turn things around and giving the club the best chance possible of promotion is the only thing we should be thinking about right now.  Is a guy who has a runs of 10 without a win and 9 with 1 win after 38 games really giving us that?

In ten months Bruce has taken us from third bottom to 2nd bottom having spent a fortune = that says it all really.

you might say RDM played better football too

Given that everything we do seems to turn to shit these days I don't think changing the manager will have the desired effect. This has the feel I'm sorry to say of one of those Forest, Wednesday, Norwich, Leicester, Leeds, Southampton scenarios where the expectation is of a quick return but you just don't adjust to the new division and end up dropping again. An extreme and hopefully laughably off the mark prediction but the club's stunk for years now and it never seems to improve no matter who the personnel.
