Hutton played like he'd been out on the lash on Friday night. Which if someone told me actually happened would not shock me in the least.

Hutton got badly found out thereafter, so he has a point, although Bree is bigger, quicker, can cross and is crucually, better. Thats got to be Hutton's last game.

Hutton was arguably our best player the week before v Hull. Agreed though, at his best he is a very limited player and we should be looking at integrating Bree at this stage.

Probably.... during the International break.
With Mr Xia's self restraint on Twitter, boardroom silence and Steve's depression

- I would imagine that movement and agreements behind the scenes are already taking place.

For the Terry lovers, he would need an allowance from the EFL to manage without his full badges. And Mr Xia I feel is more of a 'status-groupie' than an informed or listening owner.

Xia is not crazy. He is not going to give Terry his first time manager job with Aston Villa.

Xia will look for promotion track record, trophies won, and preferably a big name. Leastways that is what he has form for.

MON back anyone? Hodgson? Fat Sam?

Chester was worse than Hutton. Got turned for their second and third.

I am sorry but the asking the players to "take a good look at themselves" or "to stand up to the plate"is just a cop out, just cliched rubbish.
Players are there to be led, the manager is the leader, the manager decides who plays who stays, where and when they play and what system.
It's so bloody obvious where the problem is.

We're currently on a run of 1 win in 8 and previously had a run of 9 without a win, these are the sort of shitty spells that have plagued Bruce all through his career and both are as bad as the run which saw RDM sacked and there are 3 performances across those spells which stand out as being at least as bad as the Preston game which did for RDM.  I'm now utterly convinced that the main thing keeping Bruce in the job is Round and Wyness liking him.

I have a genuine fear that we get rid of Bruce and Wyness brings his old mate Moyes in.

I'm sure some journo somewhere is penning Bruce's inevitable obituary with the headline "Another former Birmingham manager never given a chance at Villa"

Oh that's how it will be spun, nach.

And all his idiot mates on talk radio will leap to his defence, saying he needed more time. The obvious comeback to that will be to ask how many of his 40 odd games did they sit through.

Then why did he appoint RDM, when most knowledgeable fans held the opinion that Terry was the effective manager during Chelsea's success under RDM's short period in charge?

Taylor worst of all 3 . Haven't been impressed by him apart from his set plays . Defensive not up to it moving forward a bit better but needs both cover and support from left sided player .

De laet when ready should come in at full back left or right aswell as Bree. Much prefer the fresh attitude of these 2 player

Because he actually managed West Brom to promotion from the Championship?

Same rules apply. He inherited a good team. We were a shambles and frankly a disgrace to the division.
