Gutted. I expect he'll stay for a bit longer but i think we know we're going to have to change managers yet again.

I'd try and tempt Jokanovic. He's unhappy with Fulham's owners trying to sell off players behind his back. Reckon he'd come in a flash.

Jokanovic if there is any chance at all.

But it might be out of the frying pan into the blast furnace for him.

Yep proved at two clubs now at this level he can build pleasing sides on the eye with a weak budget.

Edit: You'd think given what we've spent over the last 12 months we wouldn't blink at paying 1-2m in compensation to go after a manager under contract at another club.

I originally voted to see what happens at the start of this season. Well I've seen what's happened and its clear things are getting worse rather than better. A poor team, reinforced by players on the way down from their careers, 'coached' by a manager who's bereft of ideas. Needs to go

As soon as we concede the first goal away from home you know the game is lost and the only question is the margin of defeat. There's no sign of progress whatsoever. Get rid.

Bruce is on a rolling deal isn't he? Presumably his coaching staff too. Not too much compo to dish-out, get it done and get in somebody who knows how to manage a team in 2017.

the biggest problem is RDM and Bruce have spent all the money and will leave the next manager with an ageing very average squad with limited resources to go again (pun intended)
we are really in a fix

Diabolical considering we have likes of Terry and Whelan now in the ranks. Surely those two should be giving out b*ll*ckings to the rest to keep our heads up.

Just not good enough, I'd normally be against an early change but we saw last season how 1 win in 10 at this level leaves you trailing many teams and having too much to do so I'd rather avoid that and get back amongst the pack again.

Looks like we'll have to change manager to do that.

At least if it is Jokanovic or someone similar, they might lay the foundations for finally (finally) playing a brand of football that promises a brighter future.  Even if they don't actually crack the promotion thing themselves.

There are options though.

A new manager could come in and make Hourihane an integral part of the team. All play flows through him like at Barnsley so we're instantly better to watch.

Kodjia will be back aswell so we'd have more of a cutting edge in the final third. There are good players at this club but yet again we're playing agricultural, analogue football in a digital world.

I hate to say it, and I know a lot of ppl will disagree, but given the state of the club, the playing staff, the shit attitudes and the need to get promoted this season, I think there is only one man suitable for the job at hand...and that man is Fat Sam. I genuinely can't think of anyone else that could sort things out behind the scenes, bring in better coaching staff at BHM, won't take any shit from the players and demand respect whilst getting results.
