It's obviously a big if, but if he has resigned, I wonder if Sir Brian would be up for a caretaker manager role and maybe get JG back as his assistant.

And Ian Taylor as chief scout, Pongo Waring as kit man and George Ramsay in charge of the club Twitter account.

This fits perfectly with Brian Green's advocation that we start to move with the times. He'll love it.

Doug Ellis as forward's coach - at least he could teach Kodjia how to bicycle kick properly.

and bring back Lescott as Head of Social Media.

IF he has resigned - and it is a big IF - I'm sure he would have mentioned it in his press conference this afternoon.

I've just heard he has resigned.

Burning torches and pitchforks time for you HertsVilla if, and it's a big if, he hasn't resigned

I reckon he has resigned, they just have to let all the corporate sponsors know first. It was through a sponsor we learnt Tom Huddlestone is on something ridiculous like £80 thousand a week at Hull. Of course he is, why wouldn't he be?

Perhaps Sherwood could return as the Director to the Director of Football?

Sorry Brian. It wasn't intended as a dig at you at all. I happen to agree with a lot of your points about taking on the model from other clubs. I found the disparity worth mentioning.
