Worse than O'Leary for me. O'Leary was outspoken and obtuse, an unlikeable bloke with no understanding of the club. However, he took a stance that opposed a failing chairman, and I think that has often been misunderstood.

Lambert is a duplicitous, self-serving liar and charlatan, clever enough to convince some people he's a lot brighter than he is, but not others. His stance was to suck up to a failing chairman for as long as he could possibly benefit from it. His policy while at the club was one of silence and dim platitudes. Once it was all over, once he had nothing else to lose, he opened up. Then he wouldn't shut up. He can fuck right off.

The bloke that claimed he tried to resign twice and yet still signed a new contract. Twat.

Bang on the button. I had a 'Race And Chase' car track as a kid where you could hit the top of the controller and the car would spin in the opposite direction. Even I didn't do as many U-turns as Lambert. Anyone who would get rid of Bruce and bring him back should be locked in a padded cell.

I'd take McLeish back sooner than I'd take Lambert. I detest the bloke, which is one thing I never felt towards McLeish

Same here. Whilst I hated the football his teams played I never disliked Mcleish, he always struck me as a thoroughly decent and honest man whereas Lambert...

I am far more concerned about us getting promoted and our current manager/team than what Paul Lambert is up to.

He won a game against us. Good for him and annoying for us.

Now, where are our new signings?

Thought Wolves looked a lot better at Villa Park earlier in the season. Paul Lambert was miles out of his depth at Villa Park and as others have mentioned played the poor me card far too often to be genuine.

It's pretty simple.

Bruce still enjoys football after 40 years or more in the game, Lambert is now a half jaded career manager.
