Under Pulis we would be comfortable in mid table premier league.
I think we were only about 4 points adrift when we fired sherwood. Pulis, Allardyce, Moyes or Bruce I think any of those would have saved us. I think even Sherwood would have done better than Garde. What we needed at the time was a strong personality to crack heads together and organise the team. Instead we got an introvert with no managerial experience in England.

I've always had a lot of respect for Pulis I remember him turning up at half time at Stoke on the day his father died, a moment which was a total game changer.
Obviously he's damaged his reputation by his actions at Crystal Palace, but no one can deny what he did with the team.
You have to earn the right to play football. Until you have earned this right it's get stuck inm get it wide and get it in the mixer.

I'd rather be as shit as we currently are than ever have that baseball cap wearing twat nozzle anywhere near B6 other than the odd occasion he's lucky enough to be in the away dugout.

His football isn't really that much difference to Steve Bruce's or indeed to be slightly controversial Martin O'Neill.

In the "glory" days of 2007-10 we got the ball forward quickly and through the channels and Carew and Laursen scored a huge amount from free kicks and corners.

We were also playing centre halves at full back.

Why would we be mid-table?

What would any manager have done with that squad?

Tiny Penis, as Chris Smith memorably coined the name, is a dick of the biggest/smallest order for trying to pull a fast one on Palace. And we've watched boring dross for too long, he wouldn't change that.
Even when he gets the Boggies into the Champions League next May, I'd still say he's a (tiny) bell-end.

All the Albion fans I know wanted him gone last season. They might be having a purple patch but it's because he's found a way to get results to save his hide, not because they're a good side. Villa can only get better, the Tescos have reached their ceiling.

We would have stayed up. Mid table now.

My season ticket would be for the Memorial Ground Ambelcote for a couple of seasons...
