I'd rather win the FA Cup than getting promoted.

Let's be greedy and have both.

We will lose to Manchester United this season, as we do every season.

Blackburn every year replaced the inevitable ManUre draw.

07/08.

I think cdbullyweefan is referring to the fact that Man Ure almost always beat us and the FA Cup is just another chance for them to continue the ritual humiliation even though we are now not in the same division.

On that basis, the relevant date is 16 April 2016.

Me too but this team aren't going to win the FA cup so I'd sooner focus on promotion.

Cup ties at home don't bring a great atmosphere well until the quarter finals anyway, so give me something easy like an away trip to Tescoa.  Seriously we are not going to win the cup so let's concerntrate on getting out of this league

Take every game as it comes. Isn't round 4 a clear day for Championship clubs and the team we are due to play on round 5 day may be involved in the cup anyway.  By being knocked out in the 3rd round, it would just give another non-playing day which managers/players are not keen on.

No-Round 4 is scheduled for 28 January, the day we are supposed to play Bristol City.
