Evening. Tried raising this topic myself the other night because everyone is glibly saying Bruce should be able to strengthen midfield with a play-maker, or a destroyer, or a clever passer……..but no-one knows who those players could be !
All of those types would add strength that we absolutely have a crying need for. Think of those who have passed this way in our shirts. We need an “out-ball “ player who isn’t afraid of the opposition and can run box-to-box for 95 minutes !
We need another Delph, another Milner, Platt, Taylor, Davis, Whittingham, Albrighton, Gana (dare I say )…………..but I don’t see anyone like that fighting to get game-time in a Prem squad at the moment. So should we take a punt on another crop of foreigners who take ages to settle ? Can’t do that in January !
They have to be ready to rock and roll……………but any ideas as to who they might be ??

I wouldn't touch Toure with a barge pole. When you have a shit attitude playing for a side competing for trophies while earning £200K+ a week I dread to think what it would be like in division 2.
