Holloway 0-2 Lambert last night
Looks like novelty act Holloway wearing off already  after initial win.
Steady  Eddie Lambo pulled  off his first wolves win.
McLaren  of the other managers seems most capable and Derby best team from wolves qpr Cardiff.
They beat a team reduced to ten for an hour!!

1 - 2 NO?
Yep it was 1-2.

Warnock should be able to dig Cardiff out of the relegation spots at the end of the season.

Holloway is a novelty act, and as the Smiths memorably opined “ That joke isn’t funny anymore”.

I know loads about football, obviously, and laughed my tits off when I heard McLaren had been reappointed at Derby….

I have a mate at Derby who tells me that although they feared the worst, McLaren just seems happy at the Club, and confident, and that has instantly transmitted itself to everyone around him. Pearson should have been just the right man to knock a bunch of Championship nearly men over the line. But look what happened.

Football, eh?

The only one I can see finishing above us are Derby because of their squad and because McClaren knows the club inside out, but there's a good chance we will finish above them also.

You know when a manager starts making comments like those to the press about fans  his day's are numbered.

To be fair, if you had to suffer his shit eating grin and media trained persona every day you might change your tune.

He's a decent coach and personable, I always feel sorry for how McLaren is viewed by fans. The Derby owner seems hatstand, he's going through managers like there's no tomorrow.

Never liked him, but as others have said he is a good coach just not a manager.

I see his assistant was Chris Powell, did an ok job at Charlton and Huddersfield so probably thought he would be offered the chance to manage them the rest of the season.

Good set up at Derby, decent size stadium and decent enough squad of players, sure someone will come in and turn them into playoff contenders next season.
