Gabby should never play for us again. Fucking about in a hotel room in London the afternoon we were relegated while club captain should have resulted in him no longer being on our pay roll.

Richards has done little wrong other than be shit. As such if Bruce can get him playing well then I don't have an issue.

Beyond that he had tried to sign McCormack and Gestede, and managed Hutton and Chester. Would imagine they are in his plans straight off.

Not sure he has a favoured type of player.
He's bought experienced British types, he's bought from abroad, he's bought potential. He's bought solid defensive types, he's bought flair players.

Hopefully he has a dislike for out of shape unprofessional wasters.

I take it you didn't go to Luton, no professional can be that shite unless it was coupled with a couldn't give a f*ck attitude, and last season when he was needed he abdicated all responsibility in case the crowd had a pop at him.

He will have to find a system to suit the squad and then slowly make changes. He can't do a massive overhaul. Just don't pick Ashley Westwood and Gabriel Agbonlahor.

He's not got much choice but to pick Westwood this weekend. Tshibola is suspended and I bet Jedinak will be knackered.

Not sure who is/is not a Bruce player but I am working on the basis that, given his experience, it won't take him too long to sort out the shit from the rest of them...

Gabby's a difficult one - will he keep him to have company at the pie shop or ship him out so he has all the pies to himself?

I reckon all the squad at Villa are Bruce players now, whilst any players not at Villa aren't.

McCormack out ????

Don't think he's Bruce's type of forward. Its not who i rate or not but who you think Potato head will prefer

Well, apart from that time that he tried to sign him presumably?

Well maybe he did, I don't know. That's the point really but surely everyone is not expecting Bruce to prefer the same players RDM did?

Alright then.

I think that he'll love Gardner, Amavi, Bunn, Lyden and Kodjia.

He'll hate Jedinak, Chester, Westwood, Ayew and Baker.

*shrugs*

Why Ayew?

Dunno. I picked a load of random names as I'm not sure there's anything more solid to base any answer on at this stage.

Even so, I'm surprised you put Chester in, he's not been bad at all so far.

He had Chester as a player at Hull but sold him to WBA rather reluctantly

Should think he will bring his son in at some point and possibly one or two others he has managed with some success.
