We need to get some body on the line defenders in the team, theres plenty of ball players further forward
I would give Baker a go

Draw. Think we'll be more relaxed away from Villa Park but still a bit fragile.

Goal up, can't defend, concede. Ad infinitum. I'm already sick of this.

I don't buy this VP makes them nervous idea - they are the same wherever they play - the only time I have seen them really try was when we booed them onto the pitch last season ;-)

Relaxed as in haven't won away in nearly 14 months relaxed? We are even worse away than at home.

We desperately to start pressing the ball in the second half and being far more proactive. Sitting back on leads is fucking us over every game.

Have to win. It has to be expected of RDM and the players that we need to win matches or we need to change managers. We've got the players, he's had the support of Xia but he needs to start showing improvements and to stop repeating the same mistakes. And winning must be expected, not just hoped for, I'm with Xia on that.

-----------------Gollini-------------------
De Laet----Elphick----Chester--Sissoko

--------Tshibola-----Jedinak-------------
Ayew---------------------------Amavi

--------Kodija--------McCormack-------

Is the team I'd go for with everyone fit, with Grealish, Gestede and Adomah leaning on the forwards to replace them if they're not performing. Unfortunately we don't have that luxury with centre mids, defenders and GK as we have very little to come in.

I'd like RDM to try something radical...like play wingers on the wing, and creative playmakers in the middle.

And if I get to Portman Road and find Gardner is in the team, I'm gong to start the walk back home.

I'd go with something like:

----------------------Gollini-------------------------

De Laet----Elphick----Chester--Sissoko

----Tshibola---Jedinak---Westwood----

----------------------Jack---------------------------

--------Kodija--------McCormack-----------

With Jack having a free role a la Merson. I think that front three would work well, McCormack by far our best footballing brain, Kodjia looks like a good 9, and Tshibola could also break forward depending on the game situation. Slight lack of pace the only worry here tho.

Went for a draw, 2-2.. just because that seems to be the pattern. If they score in the last 10 minutes I'm just going to completely ignore the Toon match.

That's a bit left-field Des!
Whatever next, defenders who defend?
Pie in the sky...

Gollini
Bacuna - Elphick - Chester - Cissokho
Adomah - Jedinak - Tishibola - Grealish
McCormack
Kodjia

If Jack isn't fit though we can go 3 in the middle and push Adomah up next to Ross to support Kodjia in a 433.

Predicted it since Huddersfield and will continue to do so!
