I assume that most of you Midlanders will go M40/A34/M4. However, if anyone is planning M5/A417/M4, beware that the Air Balloon has been even more of a pain recently than it normally is.

I'm going to make sure that I get through before the works traffic and take a book to read at Reading services

The Three Guineas at the station is open again after a refurb, a Fullers pub, always has decent beer and away fan friendly.

£10 under 25s. I'll have a shave that week then.

Should sell out easily at that price.

I can see the £10 under 25s deal attracting a Blackburn Fernhurst style of Villa fan.

They really have such a plastic support, went down there with Walsall in the cup last season and behind the goal was near empty as all their "ultras" were in the corner goading the away fans.

And the ground is miles out of town.

And it takes ages to walk round the stadium from coach drop off to get to the away end.

Selfishly I'm happy this is a midweek although imagine we'll take 4k down there.

Never been to the new one...good old Elm Park was last time at Reading. 5-3 win...those were the days.

If its that far out of town may well go on coach for this.

Meanwhile the biggest club in Birmingham have got 1300 tickets at Reading tonight, and haven't sold out.

What constitutes limited history, when it comes to offering to buy tickets and how do you demonstrate that you are not a tout or a Reading fan? I would really like to go to the Reading game, but suspect they will all be gone by the time I'm eligible to buy them.

I am away in Spain for this game as our kids are on half-term, I am a member of the away scheme.

So if anyone wants them I will have 1 adult and 2 kids tickets going at of course face value which I think is £30 for the 3.. My kids are 15 & 16 so under 18 prices

Some Wolves I know report a pub in Reading being the best one they have encountered on their travels, I'll have to ask and report back.
