Sorry for your loss Brian and my thoughts go out to you and your family at this sad time.  If it is any consolation, your Mum obviously cared deeply about the Villa and saw the club win the full set of domestic trophies and the European Cup in her lifetime (as well as seeing the Bears have considerable success as well).

Best wishes mate.

Always sad to here of the passing of the older generation of Villa supporters, but good that following the Villa brought them so many happy memories.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss, Brian. Rest in peace, Margaret. She would have certainly enjoyed Sunday!

Sorry for your loss Brian.
You've done your Mum proud with your tribute here, a fascinating (Villa related) mini-history of a life well-lived.
RIP Margaret
